Twitter is a very powerful social media platform when it comes to communication and connecting with people around the world. An average of 5700 tweets take place every second. With a record of 241 million active users, it’s still at the top along with the other competitors such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
When we look at Twitter with our clients we seem to pick up some random tweets by users around the world, therefore we decided to put 5 top things not to do when using Twitter.
That’s right, an average of 40% of users tweet whilst sat on the toilet! Yet even use the #onthetoilet in their tweet. We doubt anyone wants to picture a person sat on the toilet whilst tweeting and on top of it all… it’s disgusting.
Why on earth would people want to know whether you’re in the gym. Especially the first few months of the year everyone is showing off their gym skills. Come March and the motivation of going to the gym dies.
That’s right, what is the point of using 20 hashtags in one tweet? Like 3 hashtags aren’t powerful enough to express your communication.
Everyone has the right to have their opinion but it’s not right to assault users on twitter. The celebrities love using this method when taking a dig at another celebrity.
We come across users that like to tweet every few mins! 99% of users hate this, It’s just as bad as having junk emails. Its best to spread the tweets over the whole day and follow the trending news.
